Industrial Compressed Air Audits
Ultrasonic compressed air leak studies that find and quantify every dollar of waste in your air system. Backed by 40+ years of industrial energy work at Fortune 500 plants.
Our Process
Four steps from first contact to actionable report. Most plants receive their leak study deliverable the same day we walk the floor.
Tell us your plant size, number of air compressors, total HP, and typical run hours. These details let us estimate your savings before you commit.
Within one business day we return a fixed-price quote for the study. When plant details are shared, the quote includes an estimate of expected annual savings.
We walk every drop, fitting, valve, regulator, and connection point using our cutting-edge ultrasonic leak detection equipment. The survey is non-disruptive and runs during normal plant operation, with no production impact and no equipment cycling required.
Most reports are delivered the same day, with each leak tagged by location photo, size, CFM loss, annualized cost, and ranked by priority.

The Deliverable
This is a real leak study report we delivered to an industrial plant (with client details redacted). Every leak is tagged with a location photo, size estimate, CFM loss, and annualized cost. The full document is ranked by priority so the highest-value repairs are first.
